Collaboration between MESURA and VALÈNCIA PER L’AIRE, in order to improve the air quality of Valencia, identifying emissions and their impacts on the city. In order to return results and reply to other territories, carry out the ACTIONS proposed to improve air quality, and build an observatory of the councils involved in the actions: HEALTH AND NEIGHBORHOOD OBSERVATORY
